Earlier today, at approximately 12:00 PM PST, myCubex experienced a service interruption affecting cloud database communication between your Practice Management Software (PIMS) and Cubex cabinets.
During this brief outage, your Cubex Solutions maintained access to all medications and supplies at the cabinet level. You may have experienced an interruption in PIMS connectivity to your Cubex cabinet(s), including delays in new patient admits and patient profile visibility during this time.
We have worked diligently to restore cloud communication between your cabinets and PIMS, and service has now been restored.
Current Status: All cabinet transactions, inventory activity, and Patient, Profile, and Billing integration updates are now processing and synchronizing normally. Data is actively re-establishing cloud connectivity, ensuring your records and inventory remain accurate and fully intact.
